印度履约保函，求高手翻译~~谢谢各位了~~This Guarantee shall be a continuing Guarantee and shall not be discharged by any change in the constitution of Applicant or ourselves nor shall it be affected by any change in your constitution or by any amalgamation or absorption thereof or therewith but will ensure for and be available to and enforceable by the absorbing or amalgamated company or concerns. We shall not revoke this Guarantee during its validity except with your prior consent in writing.

此保函具有持续有效性，即不随申请方或我方的体制变动而失效，也不受你方体制改变抑或公司重组合并的影响，但对重组或合并的公司及相关领域同样具有保障、有效和强制作用。在有效期内，没有你方书面同意，我方不得擅自撤销保函。
