建议你先给客户推荐一个能和这个产品相互替代的产品 再把这个事写在邮件里
I am really sorry to tell you that we don't any stock of this parts, and the parts have not been produced in our factory, but i will introduce another parts to replace this one, do you think that okay for you ?
