因为是收到货以后才发现颜色有点差异，仓管忘记通知这个事情先寄出去。这是我们的不足之处。希望您的理解。通常情况下。我们都要第一时间通知客人确认。下不为例！希望这次您理解！

We only found out the color is different after receiving the goods. it is our fault. But We do hope for your understanding.

sorry for our careless mistake.only the goods delivered in stock have the warehouse keeper discovered there's something different in color without reporting to me and we post it out unconsciously.
It's really a big shame of us.Normally,we would inform clients to check immediately.
we can confirm you any trouble like this time wouldn't happen once more.
