1.As witness this Schedule has been executed by or on behalf of the Parties the day and year first before written.2.When a reference to the Schedule is made in the Purchase Agreement such reference also includes reference to the appendices herein and exhibits thereto.
3。What is agreed in this Schedule shall prevail over and be in addition to or modify the terms of the Purchase Agreement, and shall be interpreted in the following order of priority unless otherwise expressly agreed in any of the below documents.
