求各位帮忙看下，给予一点意见。1、标记红色了的 champignon请问是香菇还是什么食用香草的意思呀？
2、We have got our own mushroom farm with capacity of 50 tons of mushrooms and we also buy more than 50 tons in addition ，他前面说年产量是3500tons 了，那这里是说每月产量50tons从别处买50tons吗？
3、For production of mushrooms we have got 9 hectares of land but we occupy less than 1.5 hectares 这里是说土地占有权他只有1.5ha吗？
4、Development of the industry is being hindered by lack of bank’s funding of projects which realization takes more than a year and there is a very unprofitable interest 这句话 根据上下文理解，是说他想要投资的堆肥项目因为银行融资困难拖了1年还是说整个的蘑菇行业，还是说他自己公司的蘑菇业？

A little more information about us.
Our company started the mushroom business in 1998 and was the founder of the industry in Ukraine. We have established the Mushroom Growing School and Mushroom Association.The School existed for five years. During this period, we travelled all over Europe and invited a lot of foreign experts. Over the past period,the production of mushrooms (champignon) increased from 500 tons to 3500 tons per year in Ukraine.We have got our own mushroom farm with capacity of 50 tons of mushrooms and we also buy more than 50 tons in addition. The realization of goods is made through the supermarket chains. For production of mushrooms we have got 9 hectares of land but we occupy less than 1.5 hectares. The near-term plan is to build a new factory.
Our compost yard, with capacity of 2200 - 2500 tons per month, we had to close in January 2012, according to the requirements of the Environmental Inspectorate.Now we are looking for partners or investors for building a principally new and modern compost yard. We have got business plan and a plot of land for this purpose.Unfortunately, we are not able to realize the project by ourselves, and there’s nothing to be taken from the old plant by reason of obsolescence and the capacity of the new plant will be approx. 3000 - 3500 tons per month.Preliminary talks about supplying equipment leasing were held with Hoving Holland, but the financing of the construction is still unsolved problem.I am still working with all the staff from the closed compost yard, hoping that the issue will be solved.We were in the third place in Ukraine in compost production.

你的理解应该都没问题~~
至于mushrooms (champignon) , 香菇、食用香草、蘑菇，到底什么意思，建议去他们网站看看，相信会找到答案的~~~
最后那一句，应该说的是，利息率问题，导致融资困难~

1，应该是蘑菇的意思吧
2 他们的农场生产能力是50吨 但是他们也从别处额外购买超过50吨的蘑菇
3他们有9公顷的土地，但是仅占用了1.5公顷用于种蘑菇
4取得银行融资花了他们一年的时间，并且这么做的利润点很小（估计他是想让你们投资吧）

我还是有点不明白。第二个问题，年产量是3500tons 了，那 每月产量50tons,一年也才600tons，假设每月买50tons,总共产量也才1200tons，他前面说年产量3500tons感觉好像前后不一致哦

3、For production of mushrooms we have got 9 hectares of land but we occupy less than 1.5 hectares 这里是说土地占有权他只有1.5ha吗？---9 hectares 应该拥有使用权的,1.5 hectares 已使用的,剩余的话，他后面不是有提近期打算开新厂，到时就可以用到了吧。
4、Development of the industry is being hindered by lack of bank’s funding of projects which realization takes more than a year and there is a very unprofitable interest 这句话 根据上下文理解，是说他想要投资的堆肥项目因为银行融资困难拖了1年还是说整个的蘑菇行业，还是说他自己公司的蘑菇业？--------这个的话，大体上他提的是整个市场动向，但是他们家也一定面临这个问题。因为你要记得看他这段话前面的。It is important and interesting for us. 从他的自我介绍，市场动态，新厂计划，老厂被查再到最后的银行动态，总体这邮件就一个重点：如果你们对投资有兴趣的话，那他们非常乐意与你们合作。

4楼说的意思已经差不多了，简单明了，champignon这个词是法语，就是蘑菇的意思

最后一句，个人觉得，意思是说，这个行业的发展由于因为银行资金问题，搞了超过一年都没能搞定，而且利润不是很好，主要是两方面的原因吧
