The facility with the Bank provides for the assignment of our trade debts/receivables to the Bank and the provision of sales ledger management service to our company by the Bank. Under this new arrangement, you will continue to receive invoices directly from us, but the right to receive payments for all the outstanding and subsequent invoices are assigned to the Bank.
Please therefore ensure that payments for all amounts due both now and in the future shall only be made to the Bank in name of “DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited” to constitute a valid discharge of your invoices. Kindly direct your payment with advice to the following address:
