we are very sorry to inform you that, though we have accomplished your goods production, we are not able to arrange the latest vessel due to a shortage of container currently.Good news is that we can arrange the next vessel,(whose ETD is xx, vessel date is on xx and ETA is on xx)and please kindly help to check whether it is avaliable for you.Your earlier reply is highly appreciated.
