1，电池是否有电，遥控器是否能正常工作；2，他的操作方法是否跟说明书上讲的一致，如果一致证明的确不能用；
3，如果使用方法正确但是还是用不起来，我们的RM-B773就不能遥控这个卫星机，希望客户能提供一些信息给我们看我们能不能给出更好的建议；

1.whether battery is power,and whether remote control can work normally.
2.whether operation method is as the same as specification ,if it really don't use.
3.if operation method is right,but it still don't work,RM-B773 couldn't been use by sat,could you give some information to us? maybe we can give better suggestion.
