We tried to let the customers return us, but now is holiday in Mexico, we are unable to contact them. ”

Because adding the speaker belong to the customized product, shell is different from the standard product,material in this specification is not in stock at our warehouse,so we need to ask the suppliers to produce the shell and other material once again.We have intended to ask the customer to return the wrong displayer,but now the Mexico customer have had a holiday ,we cannot contact them.

Products with speakers are customed parts and the shell is different from our standard products, now we don't have the customed stock shell and we need to re-purchase the shell and other materials.
Initially we wanted our Mexico customer to return the monitors which we sent by mistake, but the Mexico customer is on holiday now and we couldn't contact them at the moment.
