不是很明白screen ，以及per each development
还有关于那个PU印花，是说他们已经不需要了吗？

screen charge 应该是版费， PU print ，客人不需要了。
大体翻译如下：报价还是太高。你们提到收取版费，但是按照他们的政策是不付。关于 flocking ，他们不会给客人看你们现有的花型。关于PU print ，不再开发了。
其中这一句：Overheard that you need screen charge on our sample since our company policy would not take this RMB3,000.- per each development, pls drop it.因为不了解内幕，可以有两种解释，第一种：按照他们的政策，每次开发，都不付给供应商版费，所以你们的3000元费用也不会付。第二种：每个版型3000元的费用。具体要看你给客户的邮件是收取的多少了。
