Hope you are fine! We want to apologize because we have not reply you for several days. We will be honest with you, we are a well established company with a history of 30 years in the Ecuadorian market; we import and distribute raw materials for the textile industry, plastic industry, advertising industry, etc.
We are able to buy many containers, nevertheless before buying to a new supplier we always make some investigations about the company; regrettably we have not obtained good references about your company.


Our contact told us that your factory is small and that in Hebei province there are many scams; our contact also told us that there is very common that they negotiate a product, but at the end they ship another product of bad quality, and sometimes they have shipped stones instead of the product negotiated!!!




Sincerely this situation has limited us to negotiate with you, we are very sorry for the time wasted, hope you can understand.


我都晕了, 谈了两个多月, 客户给我们寄了三次样品, 我们给客户寄了两次样品, 最后客户也确定了, PI 都做了, 等了几天客户就来了这么一封邮件, 哎着急呀,老板让我想办法解决, 我写了三封邮件客户都没有回。 我该怎么办? 请各位大虾指教一下。。

个人建议,从合作条款上让步,但是要老板定夺的。

例如说客户不相信你们,可以考虑做信用证,对大家都减少风险。或者预付一部分,余款等客户收到后再付。但涉及到这些的内容,都要老板决定。业务员私自定夺的话,会吃不了兜着走的

第一步:结合邮件,分析客户心理

1.        客户和你谈了这么久,已经进展到要下单的份上,他是很有诚意的。

2.        客户提出关于你公司信誉的疑问,还有河北骗子的问题,说明他在做生意前,都会考虑周全,这往往是大买家所为。他把这些负面的东西提出来,并不是堵你的嘴,而是希望你能做点事情,让他消除疑虑。如果知道自己花那么多时间和精力谈的供应商会是个骗子,他也很难堪。如果他公司的人知道这个情况是不是也会怀疑他的眼光和能力?

3.        他也知道这些负面消息的可靠性并不强,因为只是contact一人之言,所以他表示了歉意。他其实很希望你可以帮助他消除疑虑。

4.        我相信你公司不是想骗客户的钱,或者给他次货,而是真诚的希望和他长久合作。所以,请第一时间回复客户的邮件,对他所有的疑问,认真解决,千万别含糊。金诚所至金石为开,他会看到的。

5.        客户英语很好,而且很耐心,看他的邮件就知道,所以你在发邮件前,一定再三检查,不要有语言错误,给他一个好印象。

6.        6楼的建议也很好。

7.        你的老板应该也是很支持你的,他一定也看出来这是个大客户。请他继续支持你!如果口语好,打电话给客户;不好也要打,选好时间,你只要在电话里让客户知道你是谁,你想让他看邮件就行。我的客户怕我听不懂他的具体要求就会打电话说一句:“Hi**, how are you? Please check your email okay?”

Whether you are a big buyer or not, we offer you best products and service. This is my company philosophy!   

You are sensible to investigate a supplier before ordering. Your investigation makes me more confident because I am working with a responsible company.

Very regrettable that my company and Hebei province make you bad impression, but would you please give me a chance to defend my company and Hebei people?

Your contact is, to some extent, right about scams in Hebei province. The illegal suppliers scam buyers by providing defective products or even trash. Their crime harms China’s reputation and fortunately Chinese government and the public determine to fight them to the end. Do you agree it “there is no bad people, only bad persons.”
