(18)It is important to know the internal resistance of the meter when measuring small resistances. To measure small resistances accurately, the internal resistance of the meter must be subtracted from the measured resistance.
测量电阻值较小的装置时，需要知道万用表的内阻。要想使测量的小电阻值精确，必须从测量的电阻值中减去万用表的内电阻。
(19)Turn the meter ON.

(20)Set the meter to the lowest ohm scale.
