要发一个Credit note 给客户，但是这个钱要从下个订单金额里扣怎么跟客户解释 由于我国外汇管制的原因不能直接汇钱，用英文怎么翻译，请各位大侠帮帮忙，在线等啊

Please find attached credit note, please kindly not we can't wire transfer the amount to you directly because of the government control on the foreign exchange. So, the only way is to deduct the amount from your next PO. Please kindly understand.
不过常规所谓的credit note, 就是个扣款证明，客户可以在后续的付款中扣除。
