各位友友好，我又来求救了 本人英文 。。。。 客户在签字回传PI同时也发了这个让我签字回传 请大家帮我看看这是要做什么 或者哪位友友的客户也这样要求过？一下是原文：（有点长）Dear Supplier
We have made a decision to step up our efforts concerning product compliance legislation.
Although the (CE) Product Compliance regulations are not new something has changed per January 1, 2010, the so-called New Legislative Framework (NLF) , that requires 客户公司名as an importer and also as brand owner to have a complete technical file for each of our products. Whereas previously we would ask for only type test documents we have to ask for more information because a technical file is not about what you can make but about what we have placed on the market, about the produced products.
The purpose of a technical file is to be able to demonstrate compliance with requirements. It therefor contains information such as risk analysis, critical components, manuals, warnings, packaging and of course certificates and test reports showing compliance with European directives such as Low Voltage, EMC, food-contact, RoHS, Reach, packaging, etc, all depending on the specific product.
To create and manage such a large number of technical files is not an easy task and we have found a partner to support us with that task. ProductIP offers a secure and closed system that helps us to collaborate with you as our supplier to create, fill and manage technical files. They also offer a team that can help us to speed up building our technical files.
You may be contacted in the nearby future by a member of the ProductIP staff asking to provide (upload) information into one of our product files in the 客户公司名字 account of the ProductIP system. We kindly ask you to cooperate with them as it is in the interest of the success of our mutual business.

还可以吧。不会很复杂啊。
为方便管理这些产品的安全符合性，他们会引用一个叫ProductIP system的软件来帮忙管理产品。其实就是个类似于ERP的管理软件吧。

ProductIP的人会联系你的，联系你后就配合上传指定产品相关的测试报告等到你客户在ProductIP系统下的账号就好了。

还要做相关测试啊 我们还从来没做过任何测试 客户的试订单货值才2wRMB 测试费用不知道多少 给客户报的价格很低 这样的话还得赔钱 怎么办啊 要是跟老板说了 老板肯定说：那点货 还不够麻烦的 不做了。。。。
