合同里头的支付方式:the down payment at the rate of 30% of the total value of the particular consignment of goods indicated in proforma invoice is to be effected upon the receipt of Proforma Invoice from the Sellers confirming that the order is accepted and processed by the Sellers.
The remaining 70 percent of the total value of the particular consignment of goods are to be paid by the Buyers before shipment upon receiving from the Seller of the notification about the readiness of the goods for shipment.
PI上写的支付方式 Payment terms: 30% prepayment, 70% T/T before shipment.
我看得有点糊涂,,,,请大家帮我看一下,这两个有没有歧义?

没有歧义的，只是合同里说的有点啰嗦。

这个句子看样子是一个比较粗心的外国人写的。技术上语法是对的。可是细看就有问题。
首先，proforma不是一个词。是 pro forma 才对。其次，百分比在第一句里面是百分号，第二句里面是"percent". 第三，Proforma一个大写，一个小写。最后，第一个句子太长了，属于Run-on sentence.
这个两个句子过滤后就是：
When Buyers receive the pro forma invoice from the Sellers, Buyers should pay 30% of the total amount specified in the pro forma invoice as a down payment.
When Sellers notify Buyers that the goods are ready for shipment, Buyers should pay the remaining 70%.
所以PI上 Payment terms: 30% prepayment, 70% T/T before shipment. 是对的。
不过T/T的before shipment有点笼统。"before shipment" = 发货之前。那么理论上现在都算发货之前。
建议：
Payment terms: 30% down payment, 70% T/T upon notification of shipment readiness.

合同里面说的就是这个意思，收到PI后预付30%，买方收到卖方货已备好并准备发货的通知后付余款
