1、我是XXX的客户，XXX通过你们公司给我发送货物，货物于6月1日已经装上了集装箱，时间已经过去20天了，你们还没有给我提货单，我想知道的是船已经开走了吗？还需要多长时间？2、因为你们一再的耽误发货时间，我的客户对的我意见很大，所以我需要准确的到货时间跟我客户解释，希望你可以理解。

1.I am the customer of xxx,the company sent us products through your company and the products has been loaded in containers,but it has past about 20 days,you haven't show us your bill of loading.I want to know that if the boat is on its way and how long shall we wait?
2.Our customer has lots of complains on us because of your delay the delivering time of your products again,so we need the proper arriving time of the goods,so that we can make a explaination to our customers.Hope you can understand.

1. We are XXX's customer. We were informed that XXX ship goods though your company, and the goods had been loaded into container at 1th,Jane. Right now 20days had been gone, but you guys still don't provide us bill of lading ! We are wondering if the ship boat had leaved the board?
And how long will it arrive?
2. Because of you guys delay the shipping time over again and again, so our client are upset and strongly complain us. Now you have to
infrom us what's the exact delivery time ,so we can explain to our customer what happened , hope you can kindly understand.
