客户购买我们几套样品，要求兼容IBM的驱动，结果测试的时候不是完全兼容，要求退货,但我们工程师现在已经解决了这个问题。以下是我准备给客户写的邮件，大家帮忙看下，得当吗？请各位老师指正，谢谢！！“非常抱歉我在台湾参加展会没能及时的回复你邮件。之前您反馈的不完全兼容IBM驱动问题,主要是由于屏体尺寸太小,红外信号扫描过快导致的.目前经过我们工程师修正主芯片扫描速度已经完全解决了这一问题，目前在IBM各版本驱动下测试均无任何问题。您所购买的样品只需返回我们工厂更换主芯片即可解决问题，当然来回的运费全部由我们公司承担。寄回时请将10寸的改为单价USD10/PCS，12寸的改为单价USD13/PCS，总价为USD59，这样我们可以少缴纳关税,谢谢.”

before you feedback our products is not completely compatible IBM driver issues , main because of screen size is too small , too fast to cause the infrared signal scanning . After our engineers to fix the main chip scan speed has been completely solved this problem,we test in the IBM all version driver were not any problems.
Before you bought the samples need return to our factory to replace the main chip to solve the problem, of course, all all cost will be borne by us. Please change 10 inches unit price USD10 / PCS, 12 inches unit price USD13 / PCS, total prices for USD59 on invoice, so we can pay less tariffs, thank you.

Sorry for not revert you in time because of attendence of axhibition in Taiwan.
The compatible problem of IBM driver program that you mentioned before was found out caused by infrared scanning too fast when working on small screen. This problem was solved by adjust the scan frequency of main chip and after test using all IBM drivers, there is no more compatible problems.
So we suggest you to return the samples to our factory in which main chip will be replaced and change the unit price for 10 inches to USD10/PCS and 13 inches to USD13/PCS with total USD59. We will pay for the cost of return and resend to you.
