Kindly send the samples at its original cost without any extra charges.I will really appriciate.

Samples is no problem as I told you.BUT you know charges is not the main point,it's representative the sincerity of cooperation .Moreover the charges will be refunded 100% after order placed!We do this with our biggest customer .

如果样品费是公司规定的,那么你多解释解释吧
当然如果你能客户一个discount那就更好了,毕竟客户没见到样品也不了解你们的产品,万一不合胃口,对客户的金钱和时间也是浪费

LZ,我只能说你的英语书写能力还挺好的,但是你”答非所问“了呀。呵呵,客户没说不给钱呢,是嫌你的样品费贵了呀。回复的话,你后面一段可以直接说样品费用都是这个价钱,没有额外利润的,而且更重要的是,这个样品费用是会返还的……good luck

also,we don't want to lose a good customer like you. (尽量用正面的语气,如we would very much like to cooperate with customers like you.)

Samples is no problem as I told you. (多余的话,样品有没有问题不是靠你说了算,要客户认同。万一样品有问题的话,你就是打自己的嘴巴了。)
BUT you know charges is not the main point, (瞧你这话说的,现在关键点就在此!)
it's representative the sincerity of cooperation. (不需要这样去提醒客户,好像客户不懂规矩似的。)
Moreover the charges will be refunded 100% after order placed! (费用是下了订单就可以退回,还是样品有问题时可退回?)We do this with our biggest customer. (不需要拿大客户去压人,也许将来这个客户成为最大了呢?)

#7楼的分析很在理!客户希望拿到成本价,并没有说不付费用。而你的回复好像是客户不付样品费似的。因此,你的回复需要针对客户的意思,按你们公司的政策,进行全面调整。

Thank you for quick reply.

We understand and believe you are really a regular buyer!

Sample charge is required for sure for a client with whom we didn't have business before, samples will be sent by courier collect, this is our company's rule, not my idea, I'm really sorry I have to obey. Our company don't charge any sample cost for client we have already produced order before, even one order only!
I think it's fair to pay sample cost before order, and return sample cost 100% after you place order, otherwise how to do with other clients which will ask for free samples from us? We hope you understand our way and give opportunity for both of us.

Thanks for understanding in advance and hope to have chance to start with you.

确实不OK,问题多多呀。特别是:“this is our company's rule, not my idea, I'm really sorry I have to obey. ”  这样的说法,难道你不是代表公司的吗?
