四、付款方式：签订合同需方支付供方50%的模具费，模具生产完成时，需方支付50%的模具给供方,大货生产时先付订金30%货款，大货出厂时支付70%货款。五、质量保证:本公司确保所生产的模具在正常使用情况下50万个开合(或两年内)保修。
六、违约责任：如供方每超期一天，则需方按每延期一天扣减供方总金额千分之一。

4. Terms of payment: When signe contract, the buyer should pay 50% of the mould cost, then pay another 50% when production completed. When bulk production, the buyer should pay 30% deposit in advance, then pay the balance 70% prior to shipment.
5. Garantee for quality: We assured the moulds we produced can be warranty within two years(50万个开合) under the normal using condition.
6. Liability for breach contact: The buyer can deduct 0.1% each day from the total amount if the supplier overdue.
