我的一个客户对我的不锈钢网进行的检测The stretching is done at 28 newtons. after 2 days the tension came down to
18 newtons. We stretched using pneumatic clamps and glued to the aluminium
frame with 2 component adhesive. We do this way for our regular polyester
mesh 200 screens per day. Tension loss is only 2-3 newtons. How ever we
have conducted the trials. Circuit lines 125 microns and above is possible
to achieve. 100 micron lines are serrated and breaks in line. Hence no
connection detucted. After decoating the screen we found a hole of 6 mm dia
developed at one side.
Is there any other way of stretching / gluing the mesh?
Is there a mesh with lower thread diameter. Pl. give the technical data.
and the procedure for stretching.
