国外客户有一批货要退回来，老板考虑到退税等问题不想要客户退货来，那批货就等于是送给客户了，然后这批货的金额对方可以用于下次订货，这个意思要怎么表述呢，请教大家一下，谢谢！！评论

其实这样子回答就可以了，最好把 we would like not to ship it back.去掉

这个原因好像不太好吧，我稍微改了一下，FYI. For the rejected goods, in view of the complicated procedures and the unnecessary more inconvenience to you, please be so kind not to return the rejected products. These goods are free of charge. The amount of these goods can be part of payment of next order.

不知道你们做什么产品，然后货值是多少。不过我只能说你们老板太大方了，不退回来，买一送一。
通常不选择退运，我们都要客户折个价回来，以免损失过多。
