除非相关机密已众所周知，否则代理方不能泄密或将技术用于给员工和顾客相关销售及使用活动提供必要支持外的其他情形，相关保密条款责任在5年合同终止后依旧有效。

2楼正解 估计你的客户不是以英语为母语的，
当中有些词拼写错了。
confidential 机密的－少写了o；
obligation-写成 obilgation,
articlel-写成artical；
termination 写成 temination；
agreement 写成agreeement 。
要是能发现这个拼写错误的词，翻译就会变得简单些
