Pls kindly find the attached and needs to check points as well when reworking the 3.5mm to 2.5mm adapter of AU3700S,
a) The master & inner carton split after 3 times 270 degrees swing test.
Toopo should either tape the inner side of all flaps of all of the master /inner cartons or replace all cartons with good ones for this lot.
b) 4 off 32pcs with loosen plastic pipe over 3.5mm connector when disconnecting it from the 3.5mm splitter
Toopo to review and sort.
c) About 2-3mm deviation between the holes on clamshell and insert card.
Toopo needs to control and the deviation should be within 1.5mm.

1：做三次270度旋转测试，卡通和内箱破例。
用封箱胶带封所有的上盖边缘或胳改用好的卡通箱。
2：从卡通破例的样板检查发现，32个3.5mm样板中的4个塑料管松了.
Toopo检查并解决
3：外壳孔和插卡间缝隙2-3mm。
Toopo应控制在1.5mm内。
参考吧具体的自己联系。

b) 4 off 32pcs with loosen plastic pipe over 3.5mm connector when disconnecting it from the 3.5mm splitter 将适配器断开的时候，32件中有4件的塑料管松落在3.5mm的连接器上
Toopo to review and sort. 厂家需要检查情况并捡挑出不良件。
c) About 2-3mm deviation between the holes on clamshell and insert card. 罩壳的孔和插卡的孔偏差2－3mm，需控制在1.5mm以内
Toopo needs to control and the deviation should be within 1.5mm.
