With two water tanks: one 300 litre for sanitary purposes and one 500 litre tank for the floor heating. The 300 litre tank will have priority over the other one so that it heats up first before the other bigger tank. If the water for sanitary purposes isn't heated up till the wanted 65 degrees C then another automatic (mechanic or electric) 3 way valve should step in and redirect the water through the central heating first.
