我们是贸易公司，昨天联系到一个客户，他要求看kosher 证书，老板说得等进步一洽谈后才能给他看，因为证书上有工厂信息，我该怎么用英语委婉的给他写一封回信呢？ 大致意思是这个涉及到商业秘密，所以得等进一步浅谈后才能提供给他。

I am sorry to inform you that we can not provide the kosher certificate to you at this moment,as it is involves commercial secrets.I have already checked with our managing director that we could provide it after further communication.

I have consulted the manager the matter, and his reply is that there is some confidential information. only when we sign the contract, we cannot show you the "kosher certificate ", but not to any enquiry.

个人建议要说清楚一个进一步洽谈的点，我觉得一直吊着别人胃口不好。等到确认订单才给别人看肯定是不靠谱的，你不给他看，他怎么可能那么放心的下单给你。以上福友的表达可以参考，个人觉得机密用confidential information更加。

i i just confirmed with our manager,we do have the kosher certificated as your mentioned,but i am sorry to tell you that we can not show it to you currently,this is a matter of confidential information and the way of dooing business,please please understand our situation.we can guarnteen and list it in your contract ,once we think that it is the rime to provide you kohser certificate,we will defenitely forward it to you

也可以向我们索要一个证书样本发给客户,让客户知道你们可以办什么样的证书以便于他们确认无误.
