1.1.
Claims for quantity (inner-pack quantity) are to be passed over to the “Seller” within 30 calendar days from the date of acceptance of the “Goods” to the warehouse of the “Buyer”.
Claims on quality (visual defects) are to be passed over to the “Seller” within 30 calendar days from the date of acceptance of the “Goods” to the warehouse of the “Buyer”.
Claims on quality (hidden defects) are to be passed by the “Buyer” within 30 calendar days from the moment of uncover of the package of the corresponding “Goods”, but no later than within six month from the moment of the acceptance of the “Goods” to the warehouse of the “Buyer”.
1.2.
By finding a non-quality “Goods” / shortage of the “Goods” the “Buyer” sends the “Seller” a fax or an e-mail message on revealing non-quality “Goods”. “Seller” within
3 (three) working days from the moment of obtain of such notifications of non-quality “Goods” from the “Buyer“ is obliged to send to the address of the “Buyer” by fax or by e-mail a notification (confirmation) that he is advised by the “Buyer” about the presence of low quality items in the supplied batch of “Goods”.
1.3.
The “Buyer” once in three month prepares for the “Seller” a Combined Statement on the presence by its warehouse of non-quality “Goods”. If the total quantity of non-quality “Goods”, found within each three month comprises 10000.00 kg and more, the “Seller”, on getting from the “Buyer” a Combined Statement advises the “Buyer” on the time of arrival of its representative to the “Buyer” to make Statement of acceptance of non-quality “Goods”. The “Seller” informs the “Buyer” about arrival of his representative within 3 (three) working days from the moment of reception of the Combined Statement.If the total quantity of non-quality “Goods”, found within each three month is less, than 10000.00 kg, the “Buyer” by himself comprises the Statement of acceptance of non-quality “Goods” and sends it to the “Seller”.
