各位高手，小弟英语不是很好，但是公司业务上需要写一份担保函，请高手帮忙解决一下，不胜感激，在线等。大概内容如下：如果有需要修改的，烦请斧正一下。
担保函

被担保人：
因发生在A公司和B公司间的黑客事件，致使B公司不能及时偿付A公司18000美金的货款，现我公司愿意为B公司提供18000美金的担保。
1.如果A公司出具上海法院的判决书复印件，我公司将立即无条件支付18000美金给A公司
2.此担保函中涉及的18000美金与此次订单中涉及的相关质量问题无关。订单中涉及的相关问题另行解决。

The hacker incident occurred between Company A and Company B, so that Company B can not timely pay Company A the payment: USD18,000.
now our company is willing to provide 18,000 dollars as the deposit for Company B.
1.If Company A issued the copy of judgment by the Shanghai Court, our company will pay 18,000 dollars to Company A immediately and unconditionally
2.The deposit $ 18,000 is independence with the quality of this order. the related problem should be resolved separately
