Seller specifically reserves all its rights under the terms and conditions of the Purchase Order。去年我有批货出到UK，出货前尾检OK，但是货到英国后发现基本全部发霉了，现在保险公司要我们提供查货报告，但是报告尾端有以上备注，麻烦高手帮忙翻译一下，非常感谢！
