1、现在原料成本一直在上涨，我们可以签1*40fcl。对于第二，第三，第四柜，等后面价格稳定再签，您看是否可以？2、确认一下，产品有没有等级之分？是不是二级品？
3、由于我们第一次合作，对于付款，我们要求先付30%定金，70%提单复印件。

1.due to materials‘ cost is increasing,we could arrange first containe now,is it available for you to arrange 2nd ,3rd and 4th cntrs after our side materials price is stable ?
2. Pls cfm by return if there is class difference of product,is there 2nd level cargo ?

1、As the price of material is unstable, for both interest, can we sign the first lots of one container?While the price is stable, we can sign the rest of three containers.
不说上涨，因为如果只上涨，对方会立马签约。
2、Pls cfm if the products are classified? The product we ordered isn’t the first-class ?
3、As to our payment’s practice, the deposit is 30% of amount, and the balance to be paid after B/L.
不提第一次合作！楼上的意思，会让对方认为如果不是第一次，订金可以不用30%。
