由于迟交导致客户拒货由工厂负责。
此合同必须双方签字确认方可生产，否则自选生产，库存自理。

Any claim for the quality of the material should be on behave of the factory.
Any extra charges caused by the late delivery shoule be XXXXX
后面的都可差不多，稍微变通一下就OK了！！！

Factory should be taken all the responsibility of the issues as below
1.Any claim of the quality problems by customers
2.Any extra port fee due to delivery delay
3The charge of.Remake and re-respection due to factory's mistakes
4.Customers refuse the goods due to delivery delay
