7) Switch to the lower-rear-station, doing military-press chest, traps and upper back muscles. You may reverse your grip into back-grip slightly changing angle and concentrating on back more.
8) Continue with shoulder-side-lifts, upper backs.

1) Rest your arm on chair’s armrests and do wrist /upper –forearms lifts to relax your “mouse muscle”
2) Flip your wrist /lower-forearms, now curl motions up & down as well. Slow & deliberate
3) Pull up straight arms for back lifts. Pulling sideways
4) Dead lifts, straight arms to shoulder hight

1) Switch hand across your body and execute cross pulls up to full shoulder hight
2) Front lifts
3) Switch to lower leg station below chair’s leg, strap into the ankle strap and workout your thighs quadriceps
4) Butt lifts will strengthen your gluts & hamstrings, and half lift will tighten your calves
5) Back-load adjustment: raise or lower the spinal button to increase/ decreases the back station workout load
6) To employ our core patent for a power workout. Raise or lower the chair to increase/ decreases the seated rear & front workout station
7) Patent’s core deployment: raising or lowering the chair shaft
8) The workout-load increase/decrease as you raise/lower the chair on the lower stations
9) Lower the back spinal adjustment on your backrest
