客人要求给50%的折扣，但是由于数量太少，只能给80%的折扣，请问要如何用英文表述如果客人追单我方将返还之前30%的金额，或者帮客人付运费。[ 本帖最后由 四色依米 于 2012-2-4 21:39 编辑 ]

We'd like to give 50% discount. In this order,we will give 20%, 30% (based on first order) will be provided when you reorder OR we take the freight of your next order.

楼主，“返还之前30%的金额”是返还什么？是定金还是为了后续合同的签订按上比合同总价的30%付佣金？

For your quatity order, we are regreting to tell you that we are only able to offer you 20% discount on this order. However, if in the future, any further order is placed, We will give you this order's rest 30% discount back (based on the 50% discount calculation that you mentioned) Or, we are glad to pay for the freight fee for your next order.
