认证费用由客户承担怎么说比较委婉点客户要求我们的产品有个ROHS测试的报告。
我们提供了自己工厂实验室的测试报告，他邮件说不够有权威性
要求我们提供第三方的ROHS测试报告。我问过公司实验室的人。
意思是说可以让第三方做测试，但是必须要客户承担费用。怎么跟客户讲比较妥当一点呢？
英语比较烂，能不能给点参考了？

this report is not good, as it was not issued by a proper institute.
Please, try to apply for official Rohs at some notified bodies such as TUV, SGS, INTERTEK, etc.
In Italy, authorities are checking all the certificates about some Chinese machines they pick up randomly: they won't accept any certificates issued by factories and not by official institutes.

To be honest, almost all our customers accept and approve the ROHS reports from our label,which has a sound ROHS system.If you do not accept this kind report from our label, It's ok for us to send the product to the third authority party for ROHS test and according to our company policy, the test fee should be afforded by client's side.Sincerely hope it will be also workable to you.
