Sorry to inform you that one Package was lost during transportation..
SO We will state 34 ctns in the invoice & other documents ..pls advice.

Sorry to inform you that one carton of goods was lost on the way to the port. We will have to indicate 34 cartons on all the documents rather than 35 cartons that you ordered. Thanks for your understanding.
