很高兴与贵公司合作，
1）面料风格是否严格按照你们提供的样布制作？
计划A：如果需要严格按照样布制作，我们会按照来样订购面料制作样衣，这需要你们提供200美金制作费，这个费用可以在大货费用中扣除；
计划B:如果尚未确认，我们会在本星期之内提供相似风格的面料给你们选择。
请确认计划A或者计划B。
2）根据收到样布，我们认为符合你们要求的面料克重应该在150克至160克之间，请确认是否需要按照这个克重报价，谢谢。

glad to cooperate with your company!
We have following two questions for the receiving sample fabric,please kindly confirm by return:
1)should we make the fabric style exactly the same as the sample fabric? if yes, it will cost US$200.00 sampling fee,but this fee will refund when mass production. Or it is ok to accept the similar style fabrics? If so, we will send the samples for your choice within this week.
2)the gram weight for the sample fabric is around 150g to 160g,should we quote the price according this gram weight?

1>the style of fabric shoule be made strictly as the swatch you supply?
Proposal A,if we should do as above,we'll order tha fabric to make sample as your swatch,so,you need pay the manufacture fee $200.00,which will be deducted in the bulk.
Proposal B,if it is pending,we'll offer similar style fabric for yourchoosing before this weekend.
2>GW of the fabric we got from you is 150-160 as your instruction.could you pls tell me if we can quote based on this info.thanks
