碳酸钠检验证书遇到了麻烦，因为长期以来碳酸钠生产是统一的外包装袋，所谓的批号就只是我们给出个AB的小标签贴上去，但这一次因为工厂操作失误，AB字样的小标签没有贴在产品上，现在检验公司说必须客人确认说接受检验证书上的批号仍旧显示为”AB“，才能出证书给我们。那么需要客人正式回封邮件给我们，并抄送给检验公司，说明"同意在3025-11号检验单下的碳酸钠产品的检验证书上批号显示为”AB"
要说明清楚是第四批碳酸钠，11月25号出运，数量40吨。

The 4th delivery of sodium carbonate is in some troblue now, because of the sodium carbonate production from the factory is unified packing since a long time, we just made the sticker which marked as "AB" as the batch number, but the factory made the mistake this time, the sticker marked as "AB" didn't shown on the packing, So the inspection company said that we should get the inspection certification unless we got the approval from the customer to accept the batch number "AB" shown on the inspection certification,otherwise they can not make the inspection certification.
Now we hope the customer to send the email to us and the inspection company to mention that they agree the INSPECTION_NOTICE_3025-11 which is the 4th delivery of 40 tons sodium carbonate shipped on Nov 25, 2011, the batch number was shown" WT" on the inspection certification.w

1) First, we would like to report to you that we have encounter some admiinistrative problem with regard to " Batch No ".
2) Sticker with batch no " AB" was supposed to be mentioned onto the packaging but unfortunately due to some negligence by the factory, batch No was not there.
3) Therefore, the inspection company is unable to issue iinspection certificate with batch No "AB" mentioned in the certificate unless prior approval is given by you
4) We are truely sorry about such mistake and would appreciate your kind understanding to accept such discrepency by sending your consent email with CC copy to the inspection company
