下列这段话是关于旗杆的一段话，我怎么翻译都翻译不通畅，他应该说的是一件事吧...？原文如下：Options available are:
Internal anti-vandal halyard system - Access to the halyard is by means of a lockable door in the side of the flagstaff. This is positioned 1.5 metres from the butt when the flagstaff is supplied separately, or with either the fixed or hinged cast aluminum baseplate. When supplied with the ground socket the position is adjusted accordingly.
A secondary advantage of the internal halyard system is that noise levels are reduced to a minimum. The flagstaff is reinforced in the area of the access door.

升降系统的进入口是指旗杆的侧面有一个可上锁的门（就是指控制器是是锁着的 通过旗杆上做一个可以开关门来防盗）

这个门的位置离旗杆底部1.5m 旗杆可能是单独提供 或者是固定，铰链（这个专业固定方式我不懂）在一个铝的基座上。 当旗杆带有底座的时候控制门的位置适当的调整
