It's easy to find foreigners online, but to tell u the truth, most of them cannot help u practice English,but want to talk about something u cannot bear...By chatting with ur friends in English is a good way to improve.. I think so~~

When you go to see English films, try not to read the Chinese subtitles.

many ways to practice English, watching movie, reading newspaper,like WallStreet,Times, learning from website such as ,Hujiang English, Putclub, so many ways.
i think two points count: practice and confidence.
