Today,we have get a news from China Export & credit Insurance Corporation.
As we have concluded an agreements for the method of payment we can accept OA once.
So we need need to register an account in China Export & credit Insurance Corporation.
We following up and have apply for an $200000 account,but finally it only $30000 have been approved,as their said that you haven't give their enough information you may require concerning their credit standing,I guess you have discovered the investigating.
As the amount of accounts is not enough,so our senior leaders held a meeting to discuss that we can't accept OA,only accept T/T 30% before shipment. 70% at sight of copy of B/L.this decision is not by Wilma and me.hope you can understand,we are really sorry for that.
But if you can provide China Export & credit Insurance Corporation more informations to raising our account,or accept T/T,we also can continue to develop.or the audit will forced to stop.
本来跟客人谈好了可以接受OA，但是通常我公司做OA的客人需要入保险，申请限额，我们提交的是20万美金，但是保险公司只批了3万美金，保险公司说经过核查后发现这公司的信誉不是很好，所以现在有点担心，想跟客人做前TT，不知道这样说是否可以？或者高人帮忙指点更好的说话方式？感谢。如果有语病也请帮忙修改

找个借口 说初次合作 先T/T 在保险公司有了信誉 可以OA

In our company policy..for fresh cooperation we only could accept the payment in T/T advance, after cooperating with each other several times,when you have good credit records in our bank..we are pleasure to apply the better payment like OA for you.
How do you think of this?

本来我也想这么解释的，感觉直接说人家信誉不好不是件让人听着舒服的事，但是刚开始是答应客人可以接受OA，如果现在说公司政策好像说不过去。所以觉得还是直接跟他说好了，而且他也知道有公司在调查他。现在很纠结到底应不应该这么说

OA是赊销付款
这种风险太大 做了中信保还好点 如果保险公司都认为对方信用一般 楼主要注意了

O/A是先货后款，就是先把货全部做好发给客人了，然后客人再付款。风险很大。

那请问下，我要把这个事实告诉客人，该怎么委婉的跟客人说的？还是要告诉他保险公司这个事的。老大的指示，只能照做了，呵呵。

We followed[ing] up and have applied for an $200000 account. But, [finally it] only $30,000.00 have been approved. [as their] It said that you haven't gave [their enough] them sufficient information to evaluate [you may require concerning their] your credit standing. I [guess] assume you also have [discovered] been noticed the [investigating] outcome.
As the amount of accounts is not enough, [so] our [senior leaders] management held a meeting to discuss it and decided that we can't accept OA because of your credit issue. However, we are happy [only] to inform you that we only accept T/T 30% before shipment and 70% at sight of copy of B/L. This decision is not made by either Wilma [and] or me. I hope you can understand, and, we are really sorry for that.
[But] If not, you can provide China Export & credit Insurance Corporation more informations to re apply [raising] for our credit account, or alternatively, you accept T/T. [we also can continue to develop.or the audit will forced to stop.] Please advice immediately. Thanks！
