DHL have contacted us requesting an alternative local contact number for the receiver of the above order, David or Susan in China, as they have been unable to contact the receiver on the number you have provided.
Please can you advise an alternative contact number by 25.10.2011 or the goods risk return or abandonment, with any outstanding charges being payable by the sender.
The carriers do not normally contact us regarding collection/delivery information as this is available via the online tracking. However we are contacting you on this occasion because we have been provided information regarding an issue with your package.
