我司和国外签订约定是TT60 after invoice date.由于海上飘和关单无法及时的贴现，导致总是延期付款，所以我们想改条款从60到90.请大家帮忙修改一下我的邮件吧！谢谢~~~
I received the feedback from xx about delaying the payment. Firstly, please kindly accept my sincerely apologize but we must clarify that this is an objective reason not intentional act.
I list the schedule for your reference.
Schedule days
From issue the order to prepare goods 7
Pick up good to finish the costom clearence in USA 14
The goods in the sea 25
Finish the custom clearence in China 7
Get the costome declaration form 7
TOTAL 60days
Per the list showing, you can see we have to operate strictly according to the schedule in order to catch up the payment date we ordered. If there is any unexpected incident like delaying the custom clearance ,getting the custom clearance form a few days later ,or meeting the holidays, any one will make delay. As you know ,our payment history has been good in the past and we indeed do not effect our cooperation in the future due to the deferred payment these days. So could we apply the payment item change from TT60days to TT90days? Look forward to your reply.
