I have dispatched (personally I guess your "EMS" means courier) the invoice to you, please inform XXX company to contact local TNT telephone number XXXXXX for the papers.

after we provide the commerical invoice ,not copy , and consignee to the France custom ,our screws are permitted to be deliveried to you.
all the materials custom needed including the invoices are experssed to your local TNT agency, please inform xxxx company contact with local TNT agency rapidly to check the our mail. the phone number of TNT company is xxxx
