Provided always AND IT IS HEREBY AGREED THAT IF THE SAID RENT OR ANY PART THEREOF SHALL BE UNPAID FOR 21(Twenty One) days after becoming payable (whether the same shall have been formally demanded or not) or if the Tenant shall not duly perform or observe all or any of the obligations covenants and provisions hereby on the part of the Tenant to be performed or observed,then and in any of the said cases and henceforth it shall be lawful for the Landlord or any person or persons duly authorized by the Landlord in that behalf to re-enter into or upon the Flat or any part thereof in the name of the whole and to repossess and enjoy the same as if this agreement had not been made but without prejudice to any right of action or rmedy of the Landlord in respect of any antecedent breach of any of the covenants by the Tenant herein contained.评论

双方特此同意如果承租人逾期交租达到21天（不管是否正式要求）或者承租人没有适当履行或遵守协议规定，则房东或房东的授权代表可以认为本合同没有签订，其重新进入、收回并占有房屋是合法的，也不影响房东因承租人前述违约的索赔权。
