As Svetlana told you in Russia there is very stern regulation of foreign trade. Russian customs law is very strict. To make customs clearance smooth and to avoid any possible troubles we must obey all customs rules.
As you know one of the most important issue for customs is correct calculating of customs payments. According to Russian customs legislation we need to prove the cost of the goods, that is why we are asking you to provide us with copy of export customs declaration.
Customs officers always examine very carefully all documents that could directly affect amount of customs payments. Customs will immediately initiate proceedings against our company for commercial Froude in case customs officer get reason to believe that we are presenting some deliberately faked documents.
We are kindly asking you to amend Export declaration without obvious traces of using some graphic edit program.

老毛子海关很严格 如果发现报关文件有任何修改的迹象或者金额与货值不符合 他们就完蛋
要求你们修改 Export declaration 报关单 （不能有任何图像软件留下的痕迹）
报关单和货值一定要相符合啊 切记

看的懂大概的意思，不知道老毛子海关那么严格的。无非就是再从新发过一个.哎，之前做文件，老是叫客人改PL，烦都烦死了！
