请问以下这段怎么翻译好呢？感觉很难组织语言，烦请高手帮帮忙，谢谢！We understand that you have entered into a contract(tender/contract number etc)(the contract) with (applicant’s name and address) hereinafter called‘the applicant’) for the (description of goods or services and that under the contract the applicant is required to provide a bank performance gurantee for an amount of (amount in figures) being (agreed percentage of contract) % of the value of the contract to cover the event of the applicant failing to fulfil the contract.

我们得知你方与。。公司（公司地址）已下简称申请人关于。。产品以及服务签订了一项合同，合同号。。。该合同规定为避免申请人毁约，申请人应该提供银行保单保证履行付款该合同金额。。。的。。%。
