7. C company shall have the right to withhold or nullify the application by the supplier for payment or any approval for payment to such extent as may be necessary to protect C company from sustaining any loss on account of non-payment by the supplier of any of his dues to C company on any account whatsoever and release the amount withheld only after satisfactory fulfillment by supplier.

供应商必须无条件赔偿所有的损失、损坏和债务，包括但不限于由于供应商利益的给予直接引起的产品或者金钱的损失。
