Passing of title and risk, freight cost product is sold and purchased under this Agreement on a CFR FO Discharge Port basis trimmed in a vessel supplied by the Seller.Title to the product passes upon receipt of full provisional payment as per Clause 11, with all risk of loss, damage or destruction to the Product delivered passing to the buyer at the time it passes over the ship's rail from the loading devices into the vessel at the Loading Port, asper Incoterms 2010.

所有权及风险、运费的转移，产品的采购都必须按照本协议：按CFR（成本加运费）条款将货物由卖方提供的船只运到卸货港。
根据第11条规定，收到临时付款产品所有权立即转移。所有损失风险，货物的损害或毁坏的风险在货物越过装运港船舷为止转移到买方，参照Incoterms 2010（国际贸易条件解释通则）
总之，你只要搞懂CFR买方和卖方的责任理解这个条款就不难了。
