Yes I can understand what you say but you make a hard copy BL and unless you have the hardcopy BL in your hand (until that time when you receive my final payment at your account) I will definately NOT be able to get the container as I have to forward the BL to my forwarder in original that they release the container. So the risk for you is ZERO. I need the BL as instructed for my accounting. it is not allowed that your company is written at the BL评论

我的理解是这样的：
当你手头上有提单复印件， 发给我的时候，我们才知道该做些什么（打款到你公司的账户上），我们现在还拿不到柜子， 直到我们收到你们寄出的正本提单再寄给我们的货代， 他们才能够放货给我们， 所以你们是没有风险的，我们需要提单复印件就像是到账的水单，不是你们公司的提单。
最后一句话， 也是爱莫能助了！感觉不太理解的！

我明白你说的，但除非你方有正版提单在手我方才会将钱打入你账户。由于我方必须把提单给生产地的承运人才能提货，所以你方的风险几乎为零。我方需要提单来开账户。(最后一句拿不准，另请高明吧)

俺明白你丫的说甚，但你得弄个提单的硬拷贝，除非你有了硬拷贝（俺才会把余钱汇你户头），如吾不给货代正本提单俺不可能拿到货（集箱）。所以你是0风险，俺要提单只是为了财务方便。 - 《最后猜测，用信用证》所以你们公司（假设你方为贸易公司而非制造商，看LC条款了）名称不能写在提单上？
