我有一个客人几次接触下来，很希望和我们公司建立一个长期的合作关系，但他要求我们给他传一份合同，哪位大虾可以帮忙给一份模版阿？ 在此先谢了！顺便请教一下这句话是什么意思：I think it would work great for both of us if we could bring the representation of your products to our country since we use fiber optic and such products a lot in our projects.我应该给他什么性质的合同呢？是不是说对方想做我们的代理商还是仅仅是他们自己用阿？
