OFFICER’S AND CREW’S OVER TIME SHALL BE ALWAYS’S FOR THE SELLER’S ACCOUNT. PROVIDED LOCAL LABOUR REGULATIONS AT THE PORT OF UNLOADING PERMIT VESSEL’S CREW TO PERFORM SUCH FUNCTION, ALL HATCH OPENING AND HATCH CLOSING SHALL BE FOR VESSEL’S ACCOUNT AND THE TIME SHALL NO COUNT AS LAYTIME.评论

overtime shall be for the account of the party ordering same.if overtime is orderd by the port authorities , ith shal be the seller’s account at the port of loading and for the buyer’s accont at the port of unloading. officer’s and crew’s over time shall be always’s for the seller’s account. provided local labour regulations at the port of unloading permit vessel’s crew to perform such function, all hatch opening and hatch closing shall be for vessel’s account and the time shall no count as laytime.
